Job Description: The Product Manager position is responsible for the full product lifecycle management of SPARQ product offerings to the open access market. This position plays a key role in helping our growth of SPARQ Open Fiber and defining the product and service attributes that will make our service offering and customer experience successful. The product manager will work closely with functional teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, customer support, network, and finance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to conceptualize and develop resolutions to complex market challenges and customer use cases that require the use of creativity

  • Project management and multitasking skills working with both strategic and tactical projects
  • Able to travel domestically and to collaborate with teams from different time zones
  • Strong understanding of broadband networking technology and service provider (Telco / MSO / Fiber) industry
  • Previous product management experience preferred
  • BS / BA in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study, or 4 years of relevant work experience

What you will be doing:

  • Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Customer Design/Experience, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing) by developing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that will include business requirements, design, implementation, and deployment details
  • Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms and identify product partnership and collaboration opportunities to accelerate and or address gaps in the product portfolio
  • Own designing business models, product requirements, pricing, channel strategy, target segments, customer profiles, execution plan and financial business cases for solutions and verticals
  • Think digitally regarding product, sales, customer, and full life cycle experience with the goal of improving the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Becomes the SME on product specifics and ability to Author collateral, FAQs, white papers, and presentations that can be leveraged internally and externally
  • Establishing and managing business performance KPI’s around product, customers, revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on product, customer experience and performance management
  • Collaborates with marketing peers to produce targeted content
  • Developing product positioning, messaging, and solution content specific to key markets and verticals
  • Uses market and buyer insights to influence the development of campaign strategies, including demand creation and lead generation outreach

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
